This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the guidelines for returning or exchanging products, whether you received a defective item, are unsatisfied with your purchase, or need to make a change. You may initiate a return or exchange for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, products must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed, and undamaged) with all original packaging, unless the item is defective or damaged during transit. For dishcloths, this means they must be unused and free from stains or odors; for steel wool scrubbers, they must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging; for cleaning brushes, bristles must be intact and handles free from scratches or damage. Items that show signs of normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or improper care are not eligible for return or exchange.
Defective or damaged products are handled with priority. A defective product includes any item that arrives with manufacturing flaws—such as torn dishcloths, bent or broken cleaning brush handles, frayed brush bristles, or faulty steel wool scrubbers that fall apart easily. Products damaged during transit (e.g., crushed packaging, broken brushes) also qualify for a hassle-free return or exchange. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you do not need to return the original product in its original packaging; however, we may request photos of the damage or defect to assist with our quality control process.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the step-by-step process outlined on our website. You will need to provide your order details to locate your purchase, select the reason for your return or exchange (e.g., defective, unsatisfied, wrong item), and follow the instructions for preparing and sending your item back. We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns or exchanges, and we will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items. For returns initiated due to personal preference (e.g., you no longer need the item or changed your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your request within 3-5 business days. For returns, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, including the original shipping cost (excluding return shipping costs for non-defective items). Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor’s processing times. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge (for defective items) or with the applicable shipping cost (for personal preference exchanges) once the returned item is approved.
If you received the wrong product (e.g., the incorrect type of dishcloth, wrong size cleaning brush, or incorrect quantity of steel wool scrubbers), please contact us through the designated process on our website immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you at no additional cost, and you may be asked to return the incorrect item (we will cover return shipping for wrong items).
Please note that personalized or custom-ordered items (if applicable) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective. We also reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy, including items returned after the 30-day window or items that have been misused.
